E4M 4.0 โ€” Entrepreneurship for Migrants

A European Erasmus+ project building entrepreneurship competences in Industry 4.0 and Artificial Intelligence for migrant entrepreneurs.

Our Mission

Empowering Migrant Entrepreneurs in the Digital Age

The E4M 4.0 project (Entrepreneurship competences in I4.0 and A.I lead migrants to inclusion) is a collaborative European initiative funded under the Erasmus+ programme. It brings together universities, training organizations, and civil society organizations from Greece, Turkey, Spain, and Italy to develop a comprehensive curriculum for entrepreneurship education.

The curriculum covers 15 essential modules โ€” from the fundamentals of entrepreneurship to advanced topics like digital transformation, Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence, and sustainable business practices. Each module is grounded in academic research and practical business experience.

The project is aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the European Green Deal, contributing to the transition towards a more inclusive and equitable economy that leverages digital innovation.

"The E4M 4.0 project aims to equip migrant entrepreneurs with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to build businesses that are not only profitable but also leverage digital technologies and contribute to social inclusion."
